APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS


Step 1. The student's application for enrollment must be complete.

Step 2. The completed application form along with the registration fee must be submitted to the office. Prior year’s report card (progress report, if homeschooled) and latest standardized test scores, if available, must also be submitted.

Step 3. Papers will then be processed, and notification concerning testing date will be given.

Step 4. Student will be tested.

Step 5. After test results are tabulated, an appointment for an interview will be set up, and an interview will be conducted.

Step 6. The administrator will evaluate the application, interview, and test results.

Step 7. A letter will be sent concerning the administrator’s decision.

Step 8. Upon acceptance, additional information concerning school procedures will be sent.

Minimum Ages for Enrollment

1. To begin K3, a child must be 3 years old on or before September 30.
2.To begin K4, a child must be 4 years old on or before September 30.
3. To begin Kindergarten, a child must be 5 years old on or before September 30.
4. To begin first grade, a child must be 6 years old on or before September 30.
5. Exceptions to this policy may be requested by a child’s parents; each request will be considered by the Principal.
