* Label all items with your child’s name, including individual crayons, markers, & clothing

* You may purchase a school shirt for your child to wear on field trips and special days

* Please mail a clear close-up photograph of your child that may be cut-up, along with a

completed student survey form over the summer if possible

* Add to your child’s backpack a sweater (for indoor use as needed) AND a complete

change of clothes (including socks & underwear), in case clothes are soiled on the

playground

* Leave all school supplies except backpack and change of clothes at the Open House
